Shipping & returns
Clear terms, insured parcels, and a quiet return process.
Shipping
- Orders are packed in our atelier and dispatched within two business days.
- Complimentary worldwide insured shipping on orders over £250. Below that threshold, a flat shipping contribution is calculated at checkout.
- Most destinations receive delivery within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Gift packaging
- Every piece arrives in a Glee Gifts gift box with a soft pouch and polishing cloth.
- Add a handwritten note at checkout — we include it sealed with the parcel.
Returns
- Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
- Start a return from the confirmation email, or write to hello@gleegifts.co.uk with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days.
Exchanges
- Size exchanges are complimentary once, within 30 days. We'll send a prepaid label and ship the new size as soon as the original returns.
